Israel, Egypt leave Blair’s sister-in-law stuck in Gaza
Lauren Booth, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s sister-in-law, is stuck in Gaza because Israel and Egypt refuse her to leave via their territories after she arrived in Gaza with a group of international campaigners by sea.
The two boats docked in Gaza on August 23, carrying Booth and other human rights and peace activists and journalists. The campaigners are from Free Gaza Movement which fights against the Israeli blockade of the Hamas-controlled coastal Strip.
